Cancellation and Reform Regulations
### Bespoke Tour Cancellation and Reform Regulations
At Standard Focus Ltd, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and reform regulations for our Bespoke Private Tours:
#### Cancellation Policy
1. **Cancellation by the Client:**
- **More than 30 days before the tour:** Full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
- **15-30 days before the tour:** 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- **Less than 15 days before the tour:** No refund will be issued.
2. **Cancellation by the Company:**
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour at no additional cost.
#### Reform and Modification Policy
1. **Modifications by the Client:**
- Changes to your itinerary can be made up to 14 days before the tour, subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your requests at no additional charge.
- Changes requested within 14 days of the tour may incur a fee, depending on the nature of the modifications.
2. **Modifications by the Company:**
- If adjustments are necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, closures), we will communicate these changes promptly and offer suitable alternatives.
#### Important Notes
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or changes.
